In the past we have celebrated the Feast of Saint Francis with a Medieval Meal. On one occasion In Sydney the Italian Consul sponsored the University of NSW to make Medieval Musical Instruments and play these instruments and sing some Latin Songs that were not all Religious. It was an unforgetable evening.
